Welcome to salt&cotton. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Salt&Cotton website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Accuracy
Descriptions: We strive to display the colours and textures of our cotton towels as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be 100% accurate.
Natural Variations: As our products are made from natural cotton fibers, slight variations in weave or shade are a characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.
Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
3. Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been cleared.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: We aim to process orders within 5 business days.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or Australia Post.
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their destination country.
5. Returns & Refunds
Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene reasons, towels that have been washed or used cannot be returned for a "Change of Mind."

6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on this site, including the salt&cotton. logo, designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Salt&Cotton. You may not reproduce or use our branding without express written permission.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Salt&Cotton shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to improper care or use of the towels.
8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your data and use it only to fulfill orders and improve your shopping experience.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales/Australia
